- Standard Orders: 1-2 business days
- Large Machinery: 2-3 business days
- Custom Orders: 5-7 business days
- Weekends & Holidays: Not counted as business days
Orders placed after 2 PM IST are processed the next business day.
4. Delivery Timeline
Delivery times vary based on location and equipment size:
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
- Tier 2 Cities: 5-7 business days
- Tier 3 & Rural: 7-10 business days
- Heavy Machinery: 7-14 business days

Shipping charges depend on equipment weight and destination:
- Free Shipping: Orders above ₹10,000
- Standard Shipping: ₹150-₹500 based on weight
- Heavy Equipment: Calculated at checkout
- Express Delivery: Additional ₹300-₹800

6. Packaging

8. Failed Deliveries
